Humaans Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1 - Eligibility

• The referral programme is open to existing customers, partners, and advocates of Humaans ("Referrer").
• The referred company ("Referee") must not be an existing customer or in active conversations with Humaans at the time of referral.
• The referred company ("Referee") must sign a contract for at least 100 seats on the Humaans platform.

2 - Referral Reward

• The Referrer will receive a reward of £1,500/$1,500/€1,500 for each successful referral.
• The reward can be received as either:
  • A cash payment, or
  • Credit against the Referrer's invoices with Humaans.

3 - Referral Process

• Referrals can be submitted to sales@humaans.io with subject "Referral Programme".
• If not submitted directly, the Referee must acknowledge the Referrer when engaging with Humaans or add the Referrer name under "How did you learn about us?" when booking a demo.

4 - Payment & Conditions

• The reward will be issued within 45 days of contract signing and initial payment from the Referee.

5 - General Terms

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
• Humaans reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes will be handled at the sole discretion of Humaans.

By participating in the referral programme, the Referrer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
