Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Responses are always anonymous, and you set the minimum group size before any result shows (default 5). Smart protection also hides segments that could be identified by cross-referencing other visible data.

Continuous or deep-dive — which should we choose?

Continuous suits teams who want an always-current read and high response rates from short surveys. Deep-dive suits a thorough annual or bi-annual snapshot. You can run pulse surveys between deep-dives to keep tracking.

Can we customise the questions?

Yes. Start from the built-in library, reword anything, add your own topics, or template questions with your company and space names. The underlying methodology stays sound either way.

How do surveys reach people?
