Joining our Notion Integration, our new Google Drive integration allows organisations to easily and securely make selected documents available to our AI-powered platform. Google Drive was chosen based on your feedback as the next step in our mission to enable customers to connect their favourite tools.

Enhancing efficiency and eliminating busywork, our AI companion can synthesise company and user-specific information from Humaans with your organisation's unique documents across both Notion and Google Drive.

The more information your organisation connects to Humaans AI companion, the more intelligent and useful it becomes. Managers and HR administrators find companion useful for aggregating employee data and querying company policies in a conversational style. Employees also benefit from AI companion as it provides them with a quick and friction free way to ask questions about company policies without having the speak directly to their HR team.

Our Google Drive integration comes with Webhooks that push changes to company documents to Humaans as soon as they are made, ensuring your HR data stays in sync at all times.

How can I use the Google Drive Integration?

The Humaans AI Companion can now extract and process content from Docs, Sheets, Slides and PDFs stored in Google Drive. Our AI companion can draw upon information from many sources at once to answer your queries, including querying the data stored in Humaans reports, for those with access.

Questions employees frequently ask AI companion include:

What's our expense policy?
