Product Update: Scheduled date triggers, Microsoft Entra ID, Workflow activity report, and more

Giovanni Luperti
CEO at Humaans

Following the announcement of Humaans AI Companion last month, we’re excited to announce a number of new updates available this month in Humaans, including the release of Workflows scheduled date triggers, and the new Microsoft Entra ID Provisioning integration. We’ve also added workflow activity reports and some other improvements to enhance your experience with Humaans. Read on.
Workflow scheduled date triggers

We're thrilled to introduce scheduled date triggers in our Workflow capabilities. This new feature allows automatic enrollment of individuals into Workflows based on specific dates, providing an additional layer of automation and efficiency in Humaans.
This enables you to:
- Enrol once based on a date on a person’s profile (first working day, probation end date, any date type custom fields, etc.);
- Enrol every year based on a person’s profile (same fields as above);
- Enrol on a specific date or on a set schedule (yearly, quarterly, or monthly);
- Use filters (department, contract type, place of work, job title, status) to limit the users that will get added to a specific workflow.
Microsoft Entra ID provisioning

We're excited to announce that Humaans now supports Microsoft Entra ID provisioning, reinforcing our commitment to serving companies that rely on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This integration enables effortless management of user identities and access, enhancing operational efficiency and security.
This enables you to:
- Provisioning with configuration options to automate user account creation;
- Deprovisioning (at the end of the employee’s last working day) to ensure secure access removal;
- Data syncing with a set of fields to keep user information up-to-date (incl. first name, last name, work email, personal email, manager, department, job title, profile photo, address, employee ID, work phone, personal phone);
- A “sync all” button to batch provision, deprovision, and sync users to reconcile MS Entra with Humaans in one click.
Workflow Activity Reports

You can now download a Workflow activity report through Reports, allowing you to effectively review workflow data in a CSV format.
This enables you to:
- Download a CSV file that lists all tasks/emails associated with users;
- Includes the task assignee, the trigger date, who completed the task, who sent an email action, and when a task/email was completed/sent.
New integrations

As always, we continue to expand our list of integrations:
- Microsoft Entra ID - A cloud-based identity and access management service that helps organisations secure access to their resources. More context above.
- WorkVivo - An employee communication and engagement platform that enhances workplace culture.
- Gem - A talent engagement platform that streamlines recruiting for teams and companies.
- Drewberry - Allows users to make informed decisions to better their financial wellbeing.
- AccessOwl - A seamless access management platform that optimizes permissions for enterprise security.
Other Improvements
- You can also see working pattern information of members in Who’s Away.
- When editing a user's working pattern that affects their FTE, a pop-up will prompt you to consider updating their compensation. This appears only if the FTE changes and you have permission to edit compensation.
- The Edit Compensation modal now shows the FTE, the equivalent full-time salary for part-time patterns, and automatically fills in the effective date, prorated amount, and note based on the working pattern.
We hope that you find these new features useful! If you have feedback or challenges to share, feel free to reach out to team@humaans.io – we're here to help.
